Michelle is one of the most dedicated and long-standing members of our Rochester team, having been part of the practice since the very day it first opened in 1998. With an impressive 27 years of experience in dental nursing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a steady, expert hand to every procedure.
While highly skilled in all areas of clinical support, Michelle holds a post-registration qualification in Orthodontic Nursing. She has developed a particular passion for Orthodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry, enjoying the intricate work involved in helping patients achieve their aesthetic and functional goals. As a committed team player, Michelle thrives in the collaborative environment of the practice, working seamlessly with her colleagues to provide the best possible outcomes.
Communication is at the heart of Michelle’s approach. Known for her exceptionally strong communication skills and calming manner, she is particularly adept at putting younger patients at ease. She understands that the dental chair can be intimidating, and she uses her decades of experience to create a soothing, supportive atmosphere. For Michelle, being a part of the practice’s journey from the beginning has allowed her to build lasting trust with the families she treats.
When she isn’t supporting our clinicians and patients, Michelle’s world revolves around her family. She is deeply family-oriented and finds her greatest joy in spending quality time caring for and being with her loved ones.
