Pamela is a highly experienced member of our front-of-house team, bringing over 30 years of expertise to her role as a Dental Receptionist. With three decades in the industry, she possesses an in-depth understanding of the patient experience and is often the first friendly face to greet you when you visit the practice.

For Pamela, the most rewarding part of her work is the “patient journey.” She finds great professional satisfaction in seeing a patient progress from their initial consultation through to the completion of their treatment, witnessing the positive impact a healthy smile has on their confidence.

Known for her exceptional communication skills, Pamela takes great pride in building a genuine rapport with every individual who walks through our doors. She understands that dental treatments can sometimes feel complex, which is why she always takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions patients may have. Her approachable and patient-centered nature ensures that everyone feels informed, supported, and truly at ease.
