Carol serves as the Head Dental Nurse at our East Grinstead practice, bringing a wealth of clinical knowledge and an impressive 31 years of experience to the team. A fully GDC-registered professional, she holds additional qualifications in Radiography, ensuring she provides the highest level of technical support across both general and orthodontic procedures.
With over three decades in the industry, Carol has developed a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to coordinate complex clinical environments seamlessly. Her extensive background makes her an invaluable mentor to the nursing team and a trusted pair of hands for our clinicians.
Patient Care
Carol is deeply passionate about patient comfort, believing that a positive dental experience starts with a supportive atmosphere. She is particularly well-known for her reassuring manner, which consistently helps patients feel at ease from the moment they enter the surgery. Carol takes a special interest in helping younger patients navigate their visits, using her calm and gentle approach to build their confidence and ensure they feel safe throughout their orthodontic or general treatments.
Outside of the Practice
When she isn’t leading the clinical team, Carol finds peace and relaxation in the outdoors. She is an avid gardener and enjoys long walks in the countryside. At home, she loves spending quality time with her rescue cat, Mustard.
