My 14 year old daughter has just received braces. I couldn't fault the staff here. All very friendly and brilliant with my daughter, who is extremely anxious about going to the dentist. They made sure she was happy at all times and worked at her pace. They immediately knew how to settle her, recognising her anxiety, and talked through it all with positively and at her level. They really were brilliant with her and gave her the trust and confidence she needed. I recently had my son’s teeth cleaned by Sara the hygienist! Excellent customer service from the first call, confirmation email, reminder email and text to warm welcome on arrival and seen right on time ! I forgot to ask for a copy of the invoice, however after emailing later that evening - excellent response time with the invoice being sent first thing the next morning. I've been taking my daughter here for about 1.5 to 2 years and the service is fab. Waiting areas is clean tidy and cosy, receptionist is professional and doctor Nick is great. He explains everything thoroughly and calmy. My daughter is still soo excited to have braces .
